Each sequence is designed to help connect you to a way of consistent and meaningful practice. Weekly group sessions build onto a Foundation Sequence that allows you. time to practice and grow with each session.

We explore different expressions of the practice, and students can find and develop what feels right in their bodies. This method of teaching is designed to help you truly develop your own sustainable yoga practice.

Class Features

  • In group classes, we learn and practice a unique Foundation Sequence each month in a supportive community. You will learn the tools to build your own personal practice.

  • Office hours are the perfect opportunity to address and modify so that the practice is more effective and adapted to you. You will learn to identify your growing edge and embody your yoga.

  • Finding the ritual in your yoga practice is deeply personal and will be as unique as each individual. Incorporating principles of Instinctive Meditation and Sadhana, your daily restorative ritual helps build resilience.

  • An embodied practice is one that welcomes, celebrates, and integrates the whole self, internally and externally, and should reflect and deepen a connection to the self in alignment with prana.
